We booked the banquet in December. The banquet hall was very spacious which can accommodate a lot of guests. Everything was very well organised. The food was amazing. We booked the banquet at a very affordable rate. Overall experience was very nice.

We held a party at the hotel and the management and staff were very helpful all through the process. The decorations were lovely and the food was excellent. Everyone had a great time and I would recommend the hotel for celebrations

Worst hotel I have ever visited, we had called the hotel and negotiated the prices and got confirmation for availability of 3 rooms as we were 7 people. It was 10:50 pm and we reach the hotel by 12:00 pm, upon reaching they denied the availability and later on said that rooms are available but on higher charges which was completely unacceptable to us as they were trying to absorb more money looking at the time and seeing we were a family with ladies, The behave of the manager was ridiculous. We called their MD, and he also denied any support. Yet we paid higher amount and stayed considering it was late at night. Rooms allocated at higher prices were stinking and thrash was spread across. Please don’t consider this hotel even for free. This is not worth anything.

Very close to the Kolkata Airport, easier to locate and a good stay with value for money. Lot of improvements needed. Rooms too small and is an ok stay for a single person's stay for a day or two's stay. Would not recommend for family stay due to the size constraints. Food was ok, could have been better. The place where buffet was served looked like an under construction building. Hope they have all these issues resolved now.

Okay kind of. Not much noisy and cool to freak out. Food quality is not good. Rate at Bar is ok. If you want to have a lonely evening at less crowded place you may visit there. Car parking space is not sufficient
